How Many SynoGut a Day? 5 Steps to Your Dosage Without Guessing

Quick answer

No SynoGut serving size or dosage is published, so no website can honestly tell you a number. Your bottle label is the instruction. The front label says 60 capsules and calls a bottle a 30-day supplement, which is simple arithmetic, not a dose. Call the order desk if the bottle has no directions.

Key facts

  • Serving size: not published. Servings per container: not published.
  • Front label: 60 capsules, called a 30-day supplement.
  • Amounts of psyllium, bentonite clay, black walnut, oat, flaxseed and prune: not published.
  • Directions: follow the printed label on your own bottle.
  • Do not take extra capsules to catch up or to hurry results.

Is a SynoGut dosage published anywhere?

No. The sales page names six ingredients and prints no weight beside any of them. No Supplement Facts panel was supplied, so the serving size, the number of servings in a bottle and the amount of each ingredient are all blank.

That is why searches such as how many SynoGut a day or what is the dosage have no sourced answer on this site. Sites that give you a number are either reading it off a bottle you cannot see, or inventing it. We will not do either.

What exists is your bottle. The label you receive may carry directions this site has never seen, and if it does, those directions beat everything written here.

What are the 5 steps to find your number?

  1. Step 1: Find the directions line

Turn the bottle and read the front, the sides and the back. Look for the words that say how many to take and how often.

  2. Step 2: Copy it exactly

Write it down or photograph it, including any note about food, water or time of day.

  3. Step 3: Check it against the count

The front says 60 capsules for a 30-day supplement. If the directions you find would empty the bottle much faster or much slower, call and ask why.

  4. Step 4: Check it against your health

A nut allergy, a gluten need, a daily medicine or a bowel condition changes whether to start at all. Settle that first.

  5. Step 5: Stay inside the label

Do not go past it unless a clinician tells you to. Write the start date on the cap so you can see how long you have used it.

If step 1 finds nothing, stop there and phone +1 (302) 200-3480. Read out the lot code and ask what the label for that lot says.

What does 60 capsules and a 30-day label tell you?

It tells you how the bottle is labeled, not how much to take. If you divide 60 capsules by 30 days you get 2, but that is arithmetic. It is not a published serving size, and your own label may differ.

Pack math from the front label
PackCapsulesDays on the same labeling
1 bottle60About 30
3 bottles180About 90
6 bottles360About 180

Use the table to plan supply, not to set a dose. The money-back window is 60 days from purchase whatever the pack size. A 6-bottle pack will still be mostly unopened when that window closes.

Why not copy a dose from reviews or other sites?

A copied dose has no source behind it. It might come from a bottle you cannot see, from a different version of the product, or from a guess. Fiber is the wrong thing to guess about, because too much too fast is a common cause of discomfort.

The same goes for a reviewer who says they took a certain number. They are describing their body, their diet, their water and their medicines. None of that is yours.

Research on single ingredients does not help either. A review of four trials used about 100 g of prunes a day for 3 weeks (Lever and colleagues, 2014). That is a weighed food, and no amount of prune in a capsule is published to set beside it.

Can you take SynoGut every day?

It is sold as a daily routine for digestive support, so daily use is the way it is framed. What counts is following the directions on your bottle and drinking enough water.

Daily does not mean unlimited. If you have a medicine schedule, a daily routine means a daily spacing plan too. Plain psyllium is kept about 3 hours from some medicines (MedlinePlus), and SynoGut names psyllium and flaxseed.

Ask your doctor how long a daily supplement makes sense for you, especially if you have a health condition. The money-back window is 60 days from purchase. That is a purchase deadline, not a limit on how long anyone should or should not take it.

Would a bigger dose work faster?

There is no published reason to think so, and good reasons to avoid it. NCCIH notes that larger amounts of flaxseed may cause bloating or loose stools (NCCIH, 2025). Fiber that does not get enough water can leave you feeling worse.

No timeline is published for SynoGut either. Taking more to hurry along a result has nothing to hurry toward.

  • Do not take a double amount the next day to catch up.
  • Do not add capsules because a week felt slow.
  • Do not take more than the label says unless a clinician advises it.

What should you ask the order desk about dosage?

A short call settles most label questions. Have your order ID and the lot code ready, then ask these four things.

  • What do the directions on the label for my lot say?
  • What counts as one serving, and how many servings are in the bottle?
  • Is the oat certified gluten free, and what is the capsule made of?
  • How are opened bottles treated under the refund terms?

Write down the date, the name of the person you spoke to and the answers. The desk number is +1 (302) 200-3480. The website inbox cannot see order records.

Frequently asked questions

How many SynoGut capsules do I take in a day?

Not published. Follow the directions printed on your own bottle, and call the order desk if the label has none.

What is the SynoGut dosage?

No dosage, serving size or ingredient amount is published. The front label says 60 capsules and calls a bottle a 30-day supplement.

Does 60 capsules for 30 days mean 2 a day?

That is arithmetic, not a published serving size. Your label may say something different, and the label on your bottle is the one to follow.

Can I take SynoGut daily?

It is sold for daily digestive support. Follow the bottle directions, drink plenty of water and ask your doctor how long daily use suits you.

What if I take more than the bottle label says?

Call your doctor or a poison center for advice. Do not carry on with extra capsules to use a bottle faster.

Does a 3-bottle pack change the dose?

No. The packs hold the same capsule. A 3-bottle pack holds 180 capsules, and a 6-bottle pack holds 360.

Our view

Dosage is the most asked question about SynoGut and the one we can answer least. The honest reply is a process: read the label, check it against the count, check it against your health, and call if the bottle is silent.

That may feel like a smaller answer than you wanted. It is the one that cannot hurt you. SynoGut is a dietary supplement, not FDA approved, and your doctor or pharmacist is the right person for dose questions that depend on your medicines.
